To begin with, potential customers contact us and provide us with their requirements. The next step is to meet and discuss the collection requirements, provide options and technical advice. Once the order is placed, a sales team member will be assigned to you for communication. We communicate throughout the day via email, Skype and phone. As your order progresses through product development, production, shipment and delivery, our staff will be in contact and keep you updated.
