Pos.01 - Production Manager

Position Overview

Responsible for the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes and for ensuring that goods are produced efficiently and at the required level of cost and quality.
Responsibilities
•    ensuring that the production is cost effective
•    anticipating and preventing production bottlenecks and other issues through careful planning
•    monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
•    analyzing production and quality to detect and correct problems
•    collaborating on prototypes for overall aesthetics, dimension, touch, functionality, workmanship and cost

•    implementing improvements to the production process

Pos.02 - R&D Manager

Position Overview
Responsible for the technical execution of prototypes/models for each product, ensuring that the optimal manufacturing method is selected in order to meet design specifications, quality standards, budgeted production costs, times and volumes, and the technical capabilities and skill levels of the production lines.
Responsibilities

  • ensuring the prototypes are faithful renditions of the designer’s aesthetics, dimensions, functions and feel

  • working out the human and material resources needed

  • charting the manufacturing stages, methods and their time requirements

  • preparing product data sheets summarizing methodology

  • conceiving and testing innovative methodologies to increase efficiency

  • resolving issues related to functionality and durability before production commences

  • creating systems, processes, and reports to evaluate the manufacturing steps, improve processes and increase productivity

  • researching new processes, technologies and materials for possible new product development and/or improving the production process

Skills

  • first-rate technical skills as a bench jeweler

  • troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

  • ability to work in a logical, systematic, accurate manner

  • proficient in methodical and meticulous documentation of R&D processes

  • talent in identifying opportunities for improvement and making constructive suggestions for change

Requirements

  • bilingual in Thai and English

  • proven goldsmith experience in both hand-made and mass-produced jewelry

  • knowledge of advanced model making principles and techniques

  • expertise in both traditional and innovative jewelry making techniques

  • excellent grasp of CAD, RHINO and MATRIX, especially their capabilities and limitations; ability to use these programs a plus

  • passion for testing, experimentation and analysis

  • willingness to work extended hours when there are tight deadlines to be met or new systems to be introduced

 

 

Pos.03 - HR OFFICER

 

Position Overview

Support the HR manager in the administrative functions and tasks required

Responsibilities:

  • support recruitment by preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, arranging interviews and tests for candidates

  • preparing and updating staff handbook

  • maintaining accurate and complete employee records

  • maintaining department databases keeping past and current records

  • preparing and filing all required paperwork related to work permits and visas

  • administering payroll

Skills:

  • excellent communication skills

  • good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills

  • strong understanding of employment law and regulations

  • IT and numerical literacy

  • excellent time management

  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing company

Pos.04 - INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER

Position Overview:

Supporting the Finance Manager in the administrative functions and tasks required, including

oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. Location in Phra Pradaeng

Responsibilities:

  • protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls and checks across

    all departments

  • monitoring and measuring resources, procedures and operational efficiency

  • auditing for compliance with government regulations and internal policies

  • maintaining a system of controls over accounting transactions and over raw materials, WIP and

    finished good

  • auditing the information in the production systems with random checks of physical stock and/or

    full stock taking

  • reviewing and monitoring accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness

  • reviewing suppliers’ invoices and processing relative payments

Skills:

  • thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, accounting standards and tax

    regulations

  • advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software (Express a plus)

  • familiarity with MS office and e-mail

  • outstanding attention to detail

  • excellent time management

  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher (CPD License)

  • 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company

Pos.05 - SALES SUPPORT - AD

Position Overview

Supporting the sales staff in the administrative functions required and maintaining good communication with the clients

Responsibilities:

  • communicating with clients about their orders in both written and spoken English

  • working with various supervisors to understand status of client orders

  • coordinating with production and logistics to ensure shipment deadlines are met

Skills:

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also with people of different cultures

  • excellent customer service skills

  • familiarity with MS office and e-mail

  • outstanding attention to detail

  • excellent time management

  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:
